Terms & Conditions of Service

Introduction

Welcome to cNFTcon.  By registering for and attending the cNFTcon, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions of Service”). If you do not agree to the Terms of Service, please do not register for, or attend cNFTcon.

  1. Attendee Registration:
    Attendees must register for the conference in order to gain access to conference sessions and events. Attendees will be required to provide their personal information such as name, contact details and additional details
  2. Fees and Payments:
    Attendees are responsible for paying all fees associated with their conference registration. Payments can be made via credit card or other methods, such as ADA, as mentioned on the registration website. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
  3. Cancellation and Substitution Policy:
    In case an attendee is unable to attend the conference, tickets may be transferred to another person at any time, with prior notification to the conference organizers.
  4. Code of Conduct:
    Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all conference events and activities.
    • Respect for others: Attendees should respect the rights and feelings of others, including other attendees, speakers, staff, and the community at large. This includes not engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
    • Professionalism: Attendees should always conduct themselves in a professional manner. This includes avoiding any behavior that might be considered unprofessional or disruptive, such as excessive drinking or using illegal drugs.
    • Safety: Attendees should prioritize the safety of themselves and others. This includes not engaging in any behavior that might be considered dangerous or reckless.
    • Compliance: Attendees should comply with the law and all rules and regulations. This includes complying with the rules and regulations of the conference center, hotel, or any other venue where the conference is being held.
    • Transparency: Attendees should be transparent in their actions and in their intentions. this includes any commercial activities such as promoting services or products.
    • Inclusion: Attendees should strive to create an inclusive environment for all. this includes being mindful of one’s language and behavior and making sure to include people from different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
  5. Photography and Recording:
    Attendees should be informed that they may not take photographs or make audio or video recordings of conference sessions without the express written consent of the conference organizers. This is to protect the privacy of attendees and speakers, and to respect any intellectual property rights that may be associated with the conference content.
  6. Liability:
    The conference organizers shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by attendees in connection with the conference. Attendees are responsible for their own personal safety and property.
  7. Changes to the Program:
    The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program as necessary. Attendees should be informed that the conference program may be subject to change without notice and that the conference organizers will not be liable for any changes to the program.
  8. Governing Law:
    These Terms and Conditions of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the conference is held, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  9. Dispute Resolution:
    Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions of Service, or the conference shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This is to provide a fair and quick resolution for any disputes that may arise.
  10. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions of Service constitute the entire agreement between the conference organizers and attendees with respect to the conference, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. It is important that attendees are aware that these terms and conditions of service supersede any other agreements or representations made by any party regarding the conference.
  11. Headings: The section headings used herein are for convenience of reference only and shall not be deemed to be a part of these Terms and Conditions of Service or affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions of Service. This is to make the terms and conditions of service clear and easy to understand for attendees.
